- Assessment of the property's rental appeal, as well as an evaluation of its short- to medium-term repositioning potential and marketability
- Identification of opportunities for value enhancement, high-risk properties, and areas requiring action (re-leasing, capital expenditure needs, restructuring, divestiture)
- Portfolio Clustering: Systematic Grouping of Hold, Manage-to-Core, and Divestment Assets Based on a Multidimensional Scoring Model
- Development of a project-specific action plan that includes measures, responsibilities, a timeline, and key performance indicators
- Prioritizing and sequencing portfolio initiatives while taking into account liquidity needs, market timing, and regulatory requirements
